At ShoulderForge, we're committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible so you can get back to training.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time We ship all orders directly from the United States. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order please contact us at support@shoulderforge.com

Shipping Costs We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed please reach out to our support team and we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We stand behind every order and will make it right.
